Apostille and legalisation for use abroad

Message us with the company name and number and the service you need. We confirm the price and the information required, take payment, and send confirmation when the filing has been accepted or the registration issued. For a company bought from us, add any of these services at the time of purchase and we will complete them as part of the transfer.

Can you file for a company I did not buy from you?
Yes. We need the company number, the web filing authentication code (or we can request a new one for you) and identity documents for the person instructing us.
How long do filings take?
Electronic Companies House filings such as officer changes and name changes are normally accepted the same day. HMRC registrations depend on HMRC: VAT registration typically takes several weeks, an EORI number a few days, a UTR up to a few weeks by post.
