Nominee Director
A nominee director is a director appointed to the board of a company to represent the interests of his appointor on that board. He may be appointed by a shareholder, a creditor or another stakeholder.
This appointment is usually for dormant companies, though can replace a current director from an active company, or add as a second director, however the nominee cannot be named on the company PSC register, it is only persons with significant control who is added to the PSC. What is a Corporate Secretary?

What is a Shareholder?
